Standard Wheel Truing:
True and re-dish the wheels Inspect the cones Inject grease into the hub Adjust the hub

Overhaul the front hub:
Replace balls and grease Readjust hub & cones

Overhaul the rear hub:
Replace balls and grease Readjust hub & cones

Fix a flat/replace a tube
Install Tire and/or Tube-Repair Tube-Install Tubular Tire
